摘要
纳米脂质载体是新型的基于脂质的药物传递系统,具有脂质载体的固有优势,也改善了固体脂质纳米粒包封率低、药物泄露、稳定性差等问题。因其对难溶性药物良好的溶解度以及良好的体内生理相容性,作为口服药物载体具有很大的潜力。本文阐述了纳米脂质载体中组分的存在形式及检测手段;纳米脂质载体的制备方法以及胃肠道吸收机制;结合实例综述了纳米脂质载体在口服给药领域的研究进展。
Nanostructured lipid carriers based nano-drug delivery system, which not only maintain on mixture of solid lipids with liquid lipids form a novel the intrinsic advantages of lipid carriers, but also amelio-ate the low encapsulation efficiacy, drug leakage and poor stability that the solid lipid carriers have. Nanos- tructured lipid carriers have great potential as an oral drug carrier due to the good solubility of insoluble drugs and in vivo physiological compatibility. This article described the presence forms and determination methods of the components, the preparation and the absorption mechanism in gastrointestinal tract of nanos-tructured lipid carriers, and reviewed the research progress of nanostructured lipid carriers for oral delivery.
