摘要
围绕1例阑尾术后肺部感染患者的治疗,临床药师所作的药学监护。临床药师根据患者的病情变化,与临床医师进行讨论,共同制定针对性的治疗方案,将抗感染治疗由哌拉西林/他唑巴坦钠联合万古霉素更换为比阿培南联合万古霉素,患者经过这一用药方案的调整,感染得到了控制。
This paper is to discuss a case of pharmaceutical care in appendicitis postoperative pul monary complications. According to the changes in patient conditions, clinical pharmacist discussed with clinicians, timely designed and adjusted drug therapy together with clinicians. They decided to change an tibiotic therapy from piperacillintazobactam combined with vancomycin to biapenem combined with comycin. After timely adjusted drug therapy, the patient had a better control of infection. This case the value of clinical pharmacists. van shows
