关于果蔬采后商品化处理中的机械采收技术探讨

摘要 果蔬采后商品化处理技术应用的程度决定了产品附加值的高低,反应了果蔬产业发展的水平。本文就果蔬商品化处理中的机械采收技术环节进行了探讨,并对将来的研究与应用方向进行了展望。
