摘要
本文基于国际移植的视角,讨论学分制在美国全方位的开放学分制模式和日本引进美国学分制后所形成的法制化的学年学分制国际移植的特点和有益经验,探析我国引进学分制的历程及现存瓶颈问题。提出需要在选课制度、导师制度、增加运作灵活度等方面做出调整,以利于构建中国特色弹性学年学分制。
Based on the perspective of international transplantation, this paper discusses the credit system of U ~ S open all - round credit system model and the legalization of Japan after the introduction of the U.S. credit sys- tem features and useful experience. The paper explores the introduction of credit system in our country and the exist- ing bottleneck problem,proposes the need to make adjustments in the elective system, tutorial system, increasing op- erational flexibility so as to facilitate flexible school year credit to build with Chinese characteristics.
