论内蒙古高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设

On Ideological and Political Teacher's Team Construction in Universities of Inner Mongolia

内蒙古自治区高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设情况,是内蒙古自治区高校建设发展中一个十分重要的课题。通过对该教师队伍建设意义的探讨,从年轻教师队伍的选拔管理机制、教师素质在跟进形势发展需要方面的滞后等若干方面论述内蒙古高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设现状,并针对其中存在的问题提出了加强师资培养保障、提高教师工作积极性和主动性及实效性等解决方案,为加强相关问题进一步研究和实践提供了参考与借鉴。

Ideological and political teacherteam construction is an important study task in construction and de- velopment of higher education in Inner Mongolia. Through a discussion of the significance of teacher＇s team construc- tion, from the selection and management of teacher＇s team, the lag of teacher＇s quality behind situation development, this paper discusses the present situation of ideological and political teacher＇s team construction, and puts forward solution project on strengthening teacher training guarantee, improving teacher＇s enthusiasm i initiatives and effective- ness so as to provide reference to further study and practive on relevant problems.
