This essay systematically combs the dimension of the poetic nature of the Historical Poetics from inside and outside research, clarify the academic origin, the motive system, the inner logic, the value direction, the exterior form and the text appearance of the theory, so as to have a deepened understanding of Hayden White＇s Historical Poetics.
