舟山群岛新区肩负着国家海洋经济破题的重任,其社会发展阶段水平直接影响到经济发展战略目标实现。构建科学合理的社会发展评价指标体系,并对此展开相应的实证分析,能够为浙江舟山群岛新区的统筹发展提供一定的参考思路。

Zhoushan Archipelago New Area undertakes the enormous responsibility of developing the national marine economy. The level of social development of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area has a direct effect on the realization of economic development strategy. To establish a scientific and reasonable index system of social development evaluation and to carry on the empirical analysis of the index system will be suggestive to plan the overall development of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.
