The mechanism and control strategy of hyperglycemia in stroke patients

摘要 脑卒中后应激性高血糖的发生严重影响到了患者的预后情况,本文阐述了卒中后高血糖发生及危害的机制假说,同时围绕卒中后血糖控制目标、血糖控制方式、预防低血糖发生等方面进行探讨。 Stress hyperglycemia in stroke patients seriously influence on the prognosis. This paper describes the incidence of hyperglycemia and damage mechanisms, as well as investigates glycemic control targets, method in patients with post-stroke hyperglycemia and the prevention of hypoglycemia.
