摘要
一、肾活检的临床意义（一）诊断价值1．肾炎综合征和肾病综合征的分类诊断对于肾小球疾病患者的诊断，肾活检是必不可少而且是关键的诊断程序。对于那些临床特征不能明确反映病因的患者，肾活检是判断肾小球病变类型的唯一方法，从而指导正确治疗方案的制定。不仅对于表现为慢性。肾炎综合征的患者如此，对于表现为急性肾炎综合征和急进性肾小球肾炎的患者也是如此。肾活检还可为诊断遗传性肾小球疾病提供重要信息。
