磷酸介质中Fe/SBA-15的合成及其催化性能

摘要 在磷酸介质中,通过水热合成法合成介孔分子筛SBA-15,再用浸渍法制备Fe/SBA-15催化剂,并采用XRD,N2-BET,FT-IR和UV-Vis对合成的样品进行表征,结果表明Fe成功负载到SBA-15上,并且合成的Fe/SBA-15催化剂对H2O2氧化环己酮生成己内酯的反应具有催化作用. Mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 was synthesized in phosphoric acid medium by hydrothermal treatment, then Fe/SBA-15 was prepared by impregnation method. The samples were characterized by by XRD, N2-BET, FT-IR and UV-Vis tech- niques. Analytical results showed that Fe had been loaded on SBA-15 successfully, and the as-synthesized Fe/SBA-15 has good catalytic effect on the reaction of Cyclohexanone being oxidated to Caprolactone by H2O2.
