西北地区中小城市土地多功能利用研究——以甘肃省天水市为例

The Study On Multi-functional Land Use in Small and Medium-sized Cities in Northwest China——A Cose study of Tianshui City in Gansu Province

土地的多功能利用是一个区域土地利用功能及其环境、经济和社会功能的状态和表现.随着城市化建设和非农人口的增加,城市地域持续扩大,给耕地资源与生态环境带来巨大压力.本文以甘肃省天水市为例,探讨了生态脆弱区重大发展战略、城市建设、特殊生态环境等对土地多功能利用的影响,并提出相应的对策,促进城市土地的多功能利用,使西北地区中小城市实现资源-环境-经济相协调的可持续发展.

Land Use Functions（LUFs） are the state and performance of land use function and its economic, environmental and societal issues of a region. With the urbanization and non-agricultural population increasing, the urban land continues to expand, which has brought the tremendous pressure to the land resources and ecological environment. Taking Tianshui of Gansu province for example, this paper discusses that special requirements of land use in ecological fragile region has been put forward because of major development strategy, urban construction, the special ecological environment etc, presents the countermeasures, promotes multi- functional use of urban land and achieves the sustainable development of resource-environment-economy coordination in Small and medium-sized cities of Northwest.
