摘要
在分析运行过程中出现问题的基础上,对130t/h循环流化床锅炉分离器及二次风系统进行改造,并对改造方法进行验证。结果表明:改造后的锅炉提高了燃烧效率,解决了飞灰含碳量高、尾部磨损严重的问题,同时采用低床压运行技术,达到了节电、节煤的效果。
By the use of problem that emerges analysis during the running, the application and secondary air system of 130 t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler have been transformed. The transform methods have been verified. The results show that the combustion efficiency is increased, and two problems of the high carbon content of flying ash and the worse wear of rear are solved. The economizing on coal and on electricity is achieved by low bed pressure operation technology.
