摘要
针对当前铁路货车制动缸缓解弹簧检测设备存在的问题,研究设计一种新型微控试验台,采用气动控制和电气控制结合的测试方法,有效提高了检测的精度和效率,改善了设备的安全性能。着重介绍制动缸弹簧微控试验台的设计、功能,以及数据分析与管理。
In view of the current railway trucks brake cylinder buffer in spring testing equipment, a new design of micro control test platform research, adopts pneumatic control and electric control test methods, and improve the precision and efficiency of detection, improve the safety performance of the equipment. Design, function focuses on brake cylinder spring micro control test platform, and the data analysis and management.
