摘要
高职高专三年制临床医学专业临床技能教学存在诸多问题:教学内容与岗位需求不甚符合,且内容较分散,教学模式陈旧、单一,同时缺乏有效的评价考核机制。针对以上问题,我们以岗位需求调研为依据,进行了一系列的临床技能教学改革,开设面向岗位工作的实践课程,采用多种教学形式,提高学生面向岗位的实践技能,并制订了面向农村社区的临床技能多站式考核标准,完善临床技能考核评价体系,取得了较好的教学效果。
There were many problems in current three - year medical vocational teaching Course with its monotonous content did not meet the job requirements. The teaching methods were outdate and single and effective assessment and evaluation mecha- nisms were lacked. Based on recognizing the above problems, we carried out a series of clinical skills teaching reform. We ere- ated practical courses facing the work, used a variety of teaching methods, improved practical skills for work job, and devel- oped community- oriented multi - station clinical skills assessment standards, improved clinical skills evaluation system, and achieved better teaching results.
