床旁三级护理查房在护士分层培训中的运用

The application of pre-bed three-level nursing ward round in hierarchical training for nurses

目的:探讨床旁三级护理查房在护士分层培训中的效果。方法:根据医院护理岗位设置(首席护士、专科护士、全科护士和轮转护士)和护士分层次培训计划,8个优质护理服务病房(下简称优护病房)开始开展为期6月的床旁三级护理查房,并通过查房前后各层级护士对患者病情了解程度、护理措施落实、健康教育落实情况来评价床旁三级护理查房的效果。结果:实施床旁三级护理查房后,护士对患者病情了解程度、护理措施落实、健康教育落实方面较实施前均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过床旁三级护理查房,护士分层次培训在实践中得到体现,较好落实各层级护士的岗位职责,使得优护病房责任制整体护理工作模式得到有效实施。

[ Objective] To discuss the effect of pre- bed three- level nursing ward round in hielarchical training of nurses. [Method] According to the settings of hospital nursing position （chief nurses, junior nurses, nurse practitioners and rotary nurse） and nurses hierarchically training plan, eight high quality nursing service wards （referred to as the best guard wards） car- tied out 6- month pre- bed three- level nursing ward round. The effect of pre- bed three- level nursing ward round was e- valuated by measuring nurses＇ understanding the extent of patients, the implement of nursing intervention and health education before and after the ward round. [ Result] There were significant differences of nurses＇ understanding the extent of patients, the implement of nursing intervention and health education before and after the ward round. [ Conclusion] Through pre- bed three - level nursing ward round, hierarchical training for nurses was practiced. Job responsibilities of nurses with different levels were implemented. It makes optimal care unit system holistic nursing work mode implement effectively.
