摘要 本文阐明了车轮抱死顺序,对汽车曲线制动稳定性具有决定性的影响。在分析汽车常见转弯制动工况的基础上,建立了曲线制动工况的轴间动态制动力分配(C曲线)数学模型,借以确定β线的合理变化范围。以EQ—140汽车为例,用计算机进行解模,其结果经分析,与实际装感载射线阀试验的车轮抱死顺序相吻合。因此,为制动系统,特别是为制动力调节装置的设计与选用,提供了理论依据。 This paper describes that the wheels locking order has determinative inftuen-ce on the diractional stability during braking.Based on the analyses of the vehi-cle braking case in common, a mathematical model of the dynamic braking forcedistribution between axles (C - curve) is set up to defermine the reasonable chan-ging range of the β - line. Taking the truck type EQ140, for example, the model is solved by the com-puter, comparaed the solution with the experiment results of adding a load sen-sing ray line valve, it is found thatboth orders during braking are identical. Therefore, the mathematical model provides a theoretic reference for the bra-king system design, especially the braking force adjuster.
