Afanasy Afanasyevich Fet（1820-1892）was a Russian poet regarded as one of the finest lyricists in Russian lit- erature. He mainly praised love, nature and art in his poetry. His tone was soft and gentle, fresh and thought-provok- ing. This article probes into his lyrical poetry, not only tries to interpret correctly his poetry and to judge its aesthetic quality, but also to uncover the value of art and to cultivate the sense of perception, thus broaden the artistic vision for the readers.
