According to Freudian theory about anxiety, the first famous poem of T. S. Eliot, The Love Song of J. Al- fred Prufrock demonstrates modern western peoplers anxieties, including realistic anxiety, moral anxiety and neurotic anxiety. The causes of the anxieties are, in essence, the loss of spiritual home and eco-friendly home. The anxieties of the protagonist are typical in early 20th century, and still have a warning effect today, warning the people of the importance of human love and eco-harmony.
