With the rapid development of science and technology,documentary information is increasing greatly in the way of digital and electronic.The new subject we are facing is to probe the new ways and principles which accord with the construction of library resources under the new technical conditions.Firstly,to construct a modern library,we must take the library collection and management of electronic publications,into consideration,Including:Internet resources,regional documentary information resources, tradititnal documentary information resources and traditional printed publications.
