摘要 目的探讨APC,β-catenin 和Axin 在胸腺瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV6000法分析87例胸腺瘤组织石蜡切片中APC,β-catenin和Axin的表达情况,及其表达与胸腺瘤组织分期及预后的关系。结果在Masaoka分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期中,APC阳性表达率分别为92.0%,84.6%,72.7%,差异无显著性;β-catenin异常表达率分别为58.0%,92.3%,100.0%,差异有显著性;Axin在各分期之间的阳性表达率为24.0%,50.0%,54.5%,差异有显著性;在侵袭性胸腺瘤中β-catenin与Axin的表达差异有显著性,说明β-catenin及Axin与胸腺瘤的侵袭性有关,而APC与胸腺瘤的侵袭性无关;Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示APC阳性表达与阴性表达患者生存期比较,差异无显著性。β-catenin及Axin阳性表达患者术后生存期均低于其阴性表达者。相关性分析显示APC阳性表达和β-catenin阳性表达呈正相关,Axin,β-catenin表达无相关性,APC,Axin表达也无相关性。结论APC,β-catenin与Axin与胸腺肿瘤的发生发展有关;APC与胸腺瘤侵袭性无关,β-cate-nin,Axin与肿瘤的侵袭性有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of APC β-catenin and Axin and its prognostic significance in thymoma . Methods Immunohistochemical PV-6000 method was used to detect the expression of APC and beta-catenin and Axin in 87 cases of thymus tumor tissue paraffin section,and to analyze the correlation between its expression and thymic tumor tissue staging and prognosis respectively . Results The positive expression of APC in the staging of Masaoka Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ~Ⅳwas 92%,84.6%,72.7%,respectively,the positive ex-pression of APC was not significantly different in each stage .The positive expression of β-catenin in the staging of Masaoka Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ~Ⅳwas 58%,92.3%,100%,respectively,the positive expression of β-catenin was significantly different between each group .The positive ex-pression of Axin in the staging of Masaoka Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ~Ⅳwas 58%,92.3%,100%,respectively,the positive expression of Axin was signifi-cantly different between each stage .Beta-catenin in invasive thymoma with Axin expression is statistically significant ,indicating beta-catenin and Axin has relation with the invasiveness of thymoma but APC has not .Kaplan and Meier survival analysis showed that patients with positive expression of APC have no statistical relationship with negative expression in survival period .beta-catenin and Axin positive expression were both below the postoperative survival in patients with negative expression .Correlation analysis showed that APC and beta-catenin were nega-tively correlated,Axin and beta-catenin no relevant expression,the same as APC and Axin.Conclusion APC,beta-catenin and Axin are as-sociated with the development of thymus tumour .APC may have nothing to do with the invasiveness of thymoma ,beta-catenin and Axin associ-ate with invasiveness of thymoma.Study the APC,beta-catenin and Axin relation with thymoma and its expression ,probably contribute for thy-mic cancer research and treatment of new direction .
