男性尖锐湿疣患者疣体和手指人乳头瘤病毒6/11型DNA的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:确定男性尖锐湿疣患者疣体和手指人乳头瘤病毒6/11型的感染。方法:采用PCR荧光法对46例男性尖锐湿疣患者疣体和手指进行HPV6/11型核酸定性、定量检测,同时以20名无尖锐湿疣的男性手指作对照。结果:尖锐湿疣患者39例疣体(39/46=84.78%)阳性,手指25例(25/46=54.35%)阳性。无尖锐湿疣患者的手指仅2人阳性,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。HPV6/11型疣体病毒载量为6.60x10^7±3.77×10~8,病毒载量与病程长短无相关性;尖锐湿疣患者的手指病毒载量为5.72×10~3±1.75×10~4,低于疣体的病毒载量(P<0.05)。结论:男性尖锐湿疣患者的手指携带HPV6/11型,其在尖锐湿疣的传播意义有待研究。 Objective: To determine the infection of HPV 6/11 in warts and fingers of male patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: HPV 6/11 type was detected qualitatively and quantitatively by pol- ymerase chain reaction fluorescence method in warts and fingers in 46 male patients with CA. Twenty men without CA were used as controls. Results: HPV6/11 type was detected in warts in 39 cases (39/46 = 84.78% ) and in fingers in 25 cases (25/46 = 54.35% ), while HPV 6/11 type only detected in the fingers in 2 men. There was a significant difference in the detection of HPV 6/11 type in fingers between the CA patients and the controls (P〈0.05). The viral load in warts was 6.60×10^7±3.77×10^8, and the quantity was not eorre- lated to the duration of infeetion ; The viral load in fingers was 5.72× 10^3±1.75 × 10^4, whieh was lower than that detected in warts (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The fingers in CA patients earry HPV 6/11 type, and the signifi- cance in the transmission of CA needs study in future.
