叶酸对儿童过敏性紫癜患者血清同型半胱氨酸与CD62E的影响

摘要 目的:检测叶酸治疗前后儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与CD62E的水平。方法:采用循环酶法和酶联免疫吸附试验检测40例儿童HSP患者(根据是否伴有肾脏损害分为A、B组)与31名健康对照者(C组)外周血清HCY与CD62E水平。结果:A、B、C组外周血清HCY水平分别为4.39+1.35μmol/L、3.58+1.23μmol/L和3.43±1.37μmol/L;CD62E的水平分别为14.59+4.52 ng/mL、12.34+3.48 ng/mL和10.37+3.16 ng/mL。HSP患者血清HCY与CD62E水平较健康对照者为高(P<0.05),伴有肾脏损害的HSP患者与不伴有肾脏损害组和健康对照者相比,外周血清HCY与CD62E差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿童HSP患者血清中HCY和CD62E异常表达可能通过血管内皮的损伤参与了HSP的发生机制。 Objective: To determine the effects of folic acid on the serum level of homocysteine (HCY) and CD62E in children patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods: Forty children with HSP, including 22 patients with renal involvement (group A) and 18 patients without renal involvement (group B), and 31 normal controls (group C) were recruited into the study. The serum levels of HCY and CD62E were detected by cycle enzyme and ELISA, separately. Results: The serum levels of HCY in group A, B and C were 4.39± 1.35 μmol/L, 3.58± 1.23 μmol/L, and 3.43±1.37 μmol/L, respectively, and the serum levels of CD62E in group A, B and C were 14.59±4.52 ng/mL, 12.34±3.48 ng/mL and 10.37±3.16 ng/mL, respec- tively. The serum levels of HCY and CD62E in patients with HSP were significantly higher than those in con- trois (P〈0.05). Besides, the serum levels of HCY and CD62E in HSP with renal involvement were signifi- candy higher than those in normal controls (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The increased serum level of HCY and CD62E in pediatric patients with HSP may be correlated to the pathogenesis of HSP via vascular endothelium injury.
