移植术后致硬皮病1例 被引量：1

摘要 随着器官移植术的广泛开展,临床医生观察到移植术后部分患者的皮肤组织出现不明原因的硬化。现报道1例。 临床资料 患者男，48岁。全身皮肤进行性硬化1年。患者1年前在停用抗排异反应药物后3个月发现双侧胫前、前臂皮肤发紧，触之僵硬,至当地医院就诊考虑排异反应，给予口服骁悉、环孢菌素A，皮损控制不良，硬化程度加重、面积扩大累及躯干,在增加上述两药用量后皮损逐渐稳定。
