摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术安全快捷的手术入路。方法回顾总结我院6例腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术的手术方法和临床资料，分析肠系膜上静脉一门静脉序贯式径路在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中的应用。结果6例患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间390～630min，术中出血量150-800mL。术后病理：所有标本切缘均阴性；肿瘤直径1．8～3．0cm；清扫淋巴结7-30枚，平均16．7枚。结论肠系膜上静脉一门静脉序贯式径路能有效地进行探查、分离及淋巴结的清扫，可作为腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术中安全快捷的手术入路。
Objective To explore safe and rapid operative approaches in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy（LPD）. Methods The operative procedures of 6 cases of LPD were retrospectively revlewecl ano me applicatxon of the sequential superior mesenteric vein and portal vein approach in LPD was analyzed. Results Operation was successfully done in 6 patients, operation time duration was 390 - 630 rain, blood lose was 150 - 800 mL. Pathology findings after operation： incisal edge negative in all specimens, tumor diameter 1.8 - 3.0 cm, clearance of lymphonodes 7 - 30, with an average 16.7. Conclusion approach is a safe and efficient approach in LPD. Sequential superior mesenteric vein and portal vein
