在校医学生本科阶段开设急救培训课程教学的研究 被引量:4

Study on the teaching of basic and advanced life support courses opened to medical school students

摘要 目的:为在校本科阶段医学生开设美国心脏协会基础生命支持(Basic Life Support,BLS)、高级心血管生命支持(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support,ACLS)及儿科高级生命支持(Pediatric Advanced Life Support,PALS)国际认证类课程,探讨模拟教学对医学生理论与实践相结合的学习能力及教学效果的影响。方法:授课教师均为统一培训的相关课程导师,按照统一的标准进行实践考核,同时对参加课程学习的医学生进行调研,比较和分析实习前、后阶段的医学生课程学习的理论和实践考核分数。结果:实习前、后阶段医学生ACLS课程的笔试成绩平均分数及通过率有统计学差异(P<0.01),BLS与PALS课程实践考核及笔试考核成绩、一次性通过率、最终通过率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。68.12%的学生认为,在实习前阶段应接受该类培训,仅15.94%的学生希望在实习前阶段获得国际认证证书。结论:情景模拟案例教学的形式能提高医学生的学习兴趣,掌握理论知识的能力,ACLS和PALS课程部分内容对实习前学生存在一定难度,在今后的教学过程中应加强相关内容的讲解和训练。在大四阶段开设此类课程为较合适的阶段,有助于在理论学习与临床实践间起到承接的作用。 Objective: To probe the effect of simulating teaching for combining the theory and practice of learning on the international certification courses such as Basic Life Support (BLS) of American Heart Association, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for undergraduate medical students. Methods: All the instructors have received the unified instructor training course, teaching and assessing the learning of students according to unified standards. The scores of theory and practice examinations and statistic analysis of questionnaire were analyzed. Results: The written test results and pass rates of BLS before and after taking the simulation course were significantly different (P〈0.01). The practice and written scores, one-time pass rate and the final pass rate of BLS and PALS courses were not significantly different (P〉0.05). 68.12 % students considered it is necessary to receive such training in pre-internship stage, while only 15.94 % students hoped to get the certificate in the pre-internship stage. Conclusions: Scenario simulation teaching can improve medical students" interest in learning and the ability to master the theoretical knowledge. Some contents of ACLS and PALS course are somehow difficult for the pre-internship students, which requests the strengthening of explanation and training during the teaching process. The setting up of such course before clinical internship might serve as a bridge between the theoretical study and clinical practice for medical students.
