声频共振辅助治疗突发性耳聋的meta分析

Meta-analysis of the treatment for sudden hearing loss with acoustic frequency resonance supplementation

目的利用meta分析方法评价声频共振辅助治疗突发性耳聋的有效性。方法检索1997～2013年国内发表的声频共振辅助治疗突发性耳聋的临床对照试验，应用RevMan4．2软件进行分析。结果与对照组相比，常规药物联合声频共振辅助治疗突发性耳聋比单纯使用药物更有效，OR合并值的点估计为3．17，可信区间为2．12～4．74（P〈0．05）。结论声频共振辅助常规药物治疗突发性耳聋可以提高治疗突发性耳聋的治疗效果。

Objective Meta-analysis is adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment for sudden hearing loss with acoustic frequency resonance supplementation. Methods The related literature concerning the clinical trials of acoustic in treating sudden hearing loss,published domestically between 1997and 2013,is retrieved,RevMan4.2 software is used. Results Compared with the control group,the treatment combining acoustic frequency resonance with conventional medicine are more effective than only adopting medicine.The point of odds ratio combined value is estimated 3.17 and the confidence interval is from 2.12 to 4.74（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment combining acoustic frequency resonance with conventional medicine can improve the therapeutic efficacy in treating sudden hearing loss.
