鱼腥草注射液治疗呼吸系统感染的成本-效果分析

An analysis of the cost-effectiveness on the infection of the respiratory system treated by herba houttuyniae injection

目的本研究以鱼腥草注射液为主要研究对象进行分析,评价鱼腥草注射液的成本及效果,为鱼腥草注射液的临床应用提供药物经济学评价。方法采用回顾性的方法,选择三种最常用的治疗方案为主要研究对象进行成本-效果分析。结果鱼腥草注射液组成本最高,鱼腥草注射液组和双黄连粉针组治疗效果较好而病毒唑针剂组最差。结论鱼腥草注射液是一个比较有效的治疗呼吸系统感染的药物,其成本-效果分析显示在治疗同类疾病的药物中,其成本偏高。

Objective To systematically review the pharmacoeconomics of Hertleaf Houttuynia Herb injection. Through the study,it chould provide the evidence on developing and exploiting Hertleaf Houttuynia Herb injection. Methods To retrospectively review the cost-effectiveness by searching the published literatures of CNKI,VIP,and provide evidence for decision-making in use of Hertleaf Houttuynia Herb injection. Results To.evaluate the cost-effectiveness on therapy Ⅰ ,therapy Ⅱ and therapy Ⅲ in which drugs including Hertleaf Houttuynia Herb injection,Ribavirin injection and shuanghuanglian injection for treating respiratory system infection.Among these three therapies,therapy Ⅰ and therapy Ⅲ were more effective than therapy Ⅱ . Conclusion The cost-effectiveness analysis confirmed that Hertleaf Houttuynia Herb is not the preferred option in the treatment of respiratory system infection.
