苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗COPD伴发的高血压病的临床价值分析

An analysis on clinical value of levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of COPD accompanied by hypertension

目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗COPD伴发的高血压病的临床价值。方法对我院2012年1月-2013年2月诊治的178例COPD伴发高血压患者进行分析，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各为89例，对照组患者给予硝苯地平治疗，观察组患者给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为92．1％，对照组患者治疗有效率为72．9％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者服药后不良反应发生率明显少于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗COPD伴发的高血压病临床效果显著，患者出现的副作用较小。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of hypertension Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of COPD with the. Methods 178 eases with COPD in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 February were analyzed for the diagnosis and treatment of eomorbid hypertension patients, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, eaeh of 89 eases, eontrol group were treated with nifedipine treatment, the observation group were treated with amlodipine besylate by reserpine treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 92.1%, while the control group was 72.9%s, there was signifieant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）, the adverse reaction rate of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate in treatment of COPD with the clinical effeet of hypertension signifieantly less side effects.
