血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of Xueshuantong in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院108例不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料,根据是否使用血栓通分为实验组和对照组:实验组60例,在常规治疗基础上加用血栓通治疗;对照组48例采用常规治疗。两组均治疗14d。观察两组患者的心绞痛症状缓解及心电图心肌缺血变化情况。结果在治疗期间,两组患者心绞痛发作次数、每次发作持续时间、心电图ST段压低的导联总数及压低的电压总量、临床症状疗效及心电图疗效比较,实验组、对照组有显著差异,实验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血栓通治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效,对不稳定型心绞痛患者在常规药物治疗基础上加用血栓通,可进一步改善心绞痛症状及心电图情况。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of xueshuantong in the treatment of unstable angina peetoris. Methods The clinical data of one hundred and eight patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the test group and the control group according to whether or not use xueshuantong therapy.Forty-eight cases in the control group were treated with routine method, sixty cases in the test group were treated with xueshuantong on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment duration of each group was 14 days.The remission of symptoms and change of electrocardiogram on myocardial ischemia of patients with angina pectoris in the two groups were observed. Results There were significant differences in the frequency and duration of angina pectoris,total number of leads and total amount of voltage with ST segment depression,effect on clinical symptoms remission and electrocardiogram change during the treatment between the test group and the control group,the curative effects of the test group were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong is effective for patients with unstable angina pectoris.Using xueshuantong on the basis of routine drugs treatment for patients with unstable angina pectoris may significantly improve the symptoms and ECG.
