普罗布考对糖尿病肾病治疗的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of probucol

目的探讨普罗布考对糖尿病肾病的临床治疗效果,为以后糖尿病肾病的治疗作参考。方法从临床选取80例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予降糖、降压、降脂和抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上,加用普罗布考治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖、血压、血脂、C反应蛋白和尿蛋白水平,总结普罗布考对糖尿病肾病的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的实验室指标没有太大差异;治疗后,两组患者的血糖、血压、血脂和尿蛋白量均下降,但观察组患者比对照组患者的尿微量白蛋白和C反应蛋白更接近正常水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的治疗效果较好。结论普罗布考对糖尿病肾病患者的蛋白尿有较好的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of probueol on diabetic nephropathy,as a reference for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 cases of diabetic nephropathy in clinical,were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given hypoglycemie, hypotensive,lipid-lowering and antiplatelet aggregation and other conventional treatment,the observation group in the control group based on conventional therapy,plus probucol treatment,two patients were treated for 3 months,the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, C- reaction protein and urinary protein levels summary,probucol on diabetic nephropathy treatment effect. Results before treatment,no significant difference between the two groups of patients with laboratory indexes;after treatment,blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipids and urinary protein excretion in the patients of the two groups were decreased,but the observation group were close to normal level more than the control urine albumin and C- reactive protein group（P 〈 0.05）,was statistically significant differences in the observation group,the treatment effect is better. Conclusion the effect of probucol on patients with diabetic nephropathy proteinuria has good treatment effect,and worth of clinical application.
