摘要
目的建立复方鲜竹沥液中水杨酸的测定方法。方法以X—Bridge C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈一0.5%三乙胺与0.5%磷酸的混合溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长:210nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果水杨酸在0.666~266.4μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.0%,RSD为0.8%(n=6)。结论本方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于复方鲜竹沥液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in compound fresh bamboo juice. Methods The chromatographic conditions included a X-Bridge C18 column(4.6×250mm,5μm), the mobile phase of acetonitrile, 0.5% triethylamine and 0.5% phosphoric acid (20 : 80).The detection wavelength was 210nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationship between salicylic acid in the range of 0.666-266.4μg/mL(r=0.9999), the average recovery was 97.0% and RSD=0.8% (n=6). Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, with good reproducibility, and can be used for quality control of compound fresh bamboo juice.
