婴幼儿泌尿系统畸形超声检查所见

Ultrasonographic findings of infant urological abnormality

目的应用超声筛查婴幼儿泌尿系统先天畸形,发现病变后结合其他影像检查予以确诊,及时指导治疗。方法对3680例婴幼儿做泌尿系超声筛查,注意有否泌尿系统先天畸形,遇有畸形者做CT或造影检查。结果被筛查婴幼儿中发现先天性泌尿系畸形34例,发病率约0.9%,最多见者为输尿管狭窄,其次为重复肾和单侧肾缺如。结论婴幼儿人群中存在一定比例的泌尿系统先天畸形,应积极筛查以便在早期即可得到有效治疗,提高生活质量。

Objective To find infant urological congenital abnormality by ultrasound screening in order to get exact diagnosis by combining with other image examination and direct the clinical therapy timely. Methods 3680 infants were done ultrasound scanning of urinary,and whether urological congenital abnormality should be noted,CT or contrast examination were performed for abnormal infants. Results In infants screening, urological congenital abnormality were 34 cases,the incidence was 0.9%,ureteropelvic stenosis was the most frequently occurred, double kidney and unilateral agenesis of kidney were the second. Conclusion A number of urological congenital abnormality exist among infants,active screening should be adopted early in order to get effective treatment and improve life quality.
