患者进食不同类型食物后接受结肠镜检查的相应最佳时间 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究患者进食面条、点心、普食这三种不同类型食物后接受结肠镜检查的相应最佳时间。方法将结肠镜检查患者随机分为面条组、点心组、普食组,每组在结肠镜检查前进食相对应的食物,每组再随机分为3个小组,3个小组进食后接受结肠镜检查的时间段不相同,对比每组中3个小组的肠道清洁程度、肠道清洁范围、患者对检查的耐受性、进食后的不良反应这4个观察指标。结果面条组的3个小组的肠道清洁程度及清洁范围的两两比较,面B组明显优于面C组,面B组与面A组比较差异无统计学意义,即面B组及面A组(进食面条后0.5~2h接受结肠镜检查)为最佳;点心组3个小组的肠道清洁程度及清洁范围比较,点E组明显优于点F组,点E组与点D组比较统计学意义,即点E组与点D组(进食点心后0.5~2h接受结肠镜检查)为最佳;普食组3个小组的肠道清洁程度及清洁范围的两两比较,普G组优于普H组,普H组优于普I组,即普G组(进食普食后1.2h接受结肠镜检查)为最佳。每组中3个小组对检查的耐受性比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),全部研究对象仅有5例发生恶心,无1例发生呕吐。结论对于进食面条或点心的患者,进食后0.5。2h是接受结肠镜检查的最佳时间;对于进食普食的患者,进食后1—2h是接受结肠镜检查的最佳时间。 Objective To study the best time of colonoscopy for patients after eating the three different types of foods including noodles,dim sum and general food. Methods The patients done colonoscopy were randomly divided into noodles group,dim sum group and general food group,each group ate corresponding foods before colonoscopy,and each group were again randomly divided into 3 subgroups,the time quantum of colonoscopy after eating were not same in 3 subgroups.The four observation indicators such as intestinal clean degree,intestinal clean range,patients' tolerance of check and adverse reaction after eating in 3 subgroups of each group were compared. Results The comparison of intestinal clean degree and range among 3 subgroups of noodles group showed that the effect of noodles subgroup B was superior to noodles subgroup C,and the difference was not significant in the effect between noodles subgroup B and subgroup A,namely noodles subgroup B and subgroup A that done colonoscopy after consuming the noodles 0.5 ~ 2 hours were the best;The comparison of intestinal clean degree and range among 3 subgroups of dim sum group showed that the effect of dim sum subgroup E was superior to dim sum subgroup F,and the difference was not significant in the effect between dim sum subgroup E and subgroup D,namely dim sum subgroup E and subgroup D that done colonoscopy after consuming the dim sum 0.5 - 2 hours were the best;The comparison of intestinal clean degree and range among 3 subgroups of general food group showed that the effect of general food subgroup G was superior to general food subgroup H,and the effect of general food subgroup H was superior to general food subgroup I,namely general food subgroup G that done colonoscopy after consuming the general food 1 - 2 hours was the best.The differences were not statistically significant in patients' tolerance of check among 3 subgroups of each group(P 〉 0.05).In all patients, only 5 cases happened nausea,and no vomiting occurred. Conclusion For patients with eating noodles or dim sum, after eating 0.5 - 2 hours is the best time to undergo colonoscopy;For patients with eating general food, after eating 1 - 2 hours is the best time to undergo colonoscopy.
