小儿腹泻是儿科的常见疾病,影响发病的因素较为复杂,大多是由于患儿的免疫功能降低、饮食不卫生、气温骤降或肠胃失衡等因素造成,若治疗效果不佳将会对婴儿预后产生较大的影响。临床儿科医生对小儿腹泻的治疗提高重视,不断对其发病机制和临床治疗措施进行总结分析,可以进一步提高工作中诊治的有效率,对保障婴幼儿健康具有重要的意义。

The infantile diarrhea is a common pediatric disease. Factors to cause the disease are complicated, such as the low immune function, unhealthy diet, and sudden drop in temperature or gastro-intestinal imbalance. The improper treatment effect will have a great influence on infant＇s prognosis. Clinical pediatricians should pay higher attention to the treatment of infantile diarrhea,summarize and analyze its pathogenesis and clinical treatment measures, which can increase the effective rate of diagnosis and treatment and is of significance for the health of infants.
