血清维生素D水平与腰椎管狭窄症的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨维生素D水平与腰椎管狭窄症(LSS)的相关性。方法收集我院4年间收治的168例LSS患者,并按维生素D水平分为3组,分别比较3组的疼痛程度及累计不良事件发生率。结果除牛奶摄入因素外,其他临床因素与维生素D水平相关性无关。LSS患者大多(>80%)合并维生素D摄入不足或缺乏。随着血清维生素D缺乏程度的加剧,LSS患者疼痛程度亦随之增加。LSS骨折发生率从高到低依次为维生素D缺乏组、不足组、正常组(Log-rank P=0.035)。结论 LSS合并维生素D不足和(或)缺乏的比例较高,且维生素D缺乏往往伴随着更为剧烈的腰背疼痛及更高的骨折发生率。 Objective The aim of this study was to investigate on the correlation 'between serum vitamin D level and lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS). Methods A total of 168 cases patients with LSS were collected for four years. All of these patients were divided into three groups determined by vitamin D level. A comparison was performed among these three groups on pain score and accumulative event incidence. Results All of clinical features showed no correlation with vitamin D except milk intake. About 80% patients with LSS complicated lower level of vitamin D level. The pain score increased with the decrease Of vitamin D level. The incidence of LSS with bone fracture was highest in deficient group, and then insufficient group and normal group. Conclusion The high incidence of LSS complicated with low level vitamin D were shown in this study and frequently associated with severe pain and bone fracture.
