苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与替米沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

The study of antihypertensive clinical effects of Levamlodipine besylate and telmisartan in patients with primary hypertension

目的评价苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平与替米沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选取于2011年3月-2013年5月在我院门诊就诊的120例高血压患者作为研究对象，并随机分为施慧达单用组（A组，n=40），替米沙坦单用组（B组，n=40）以及施慧达与替米沙坦联用组（c组，n=40）三组，比较三组高血压患者经相应药物治疗4周后的有效性和安全性。结果三组原发性高血压患者经各自不同药物治疗4周后，C组血压较A组和B组进一步下降，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但A组和B组血压变化差异并无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；其中A组总有效率75．0％，B组为77．5％，C组92．5％，C组有效率明显高于A组和B组（P〈0．05），A组与B组相比无明显差异（P〉0．05）。A组发生头痛1例，B组发生眩晕2例，腹痛、腹泻1例，C组患者发生腹痛1例。结论采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压有效率优于各自单用，且安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Levamlodipine besylate and telmisartan in patients with primary hypertension. Methods 120 patients with hypertension were slected from March 2011 to May 2013 and randomly divided into Levamlodipine besylate alone group （group A,n= 0）,telmisartan alone group（group B,n=40）,and combined group （group C,n=40）.The efficacy and safety in three groups of patients after 4 weeks of treatment were compared. Results Three groups of patients with essential hypertension （eh） by different drug after 4 weeks treatment, blood pressure in group C decreased significantly compared with group A and group B（P 〈 O.05）.But blood pressure changes in group A and group B have no significant difference （P ~ 0.05）;The effective rate of group A,B and C are 75.0%,77.5% and 92.5%,respectively.Effective rate of group C was higher than that of group A and group B（P 〈 0.05）. There was no difference between group A and group B （P 〉 0.05）.1 case in group A has headache,2 cases occurred dizziness in group B,1 case in group C with abdominal pain,diarrhea,abdominal pain occurred. Conclusion The effective of using Levamlodipine besylate combination with telmisartan treatment of primary hypertension is better than any other one,and high safety,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
