氯沙坦联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压的疗效及血尿酸的影响

Efficacy of losartan and amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension and the impact on serum uric acid

目的探讨氯沙坦联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压的疗效及血尿酸的影响。方法将90例原发性高血压患者分为治疗组与对照组各45例,两组患者均进行常规对症支持治疗,对照组予氯沙坦50mg,1次/日,连用4周;治疗组同时加用氨氯地平2.5mg,1次/日,连用4周。每周监测两组患者的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)和血尿酸各1次,观察期4周。结果治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组SBP、DBP、UA降低程度较对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压可明显提高临床疗效,降低血尿酸水平,值得推广和应用。

Objective To investigate efficacy of losartan and amlodipine in treatment of essential hypertension and the impact on serum uric acid. Methods 90 patients with essential hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group of 45 cases,two patients underwent conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment,the control group was given losartan 50mg,one day,once every four weeks;treatment group added in the amlodipine 2.5mg,one day,once every four weeks.Both groups were monitored weekly systolic（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure （DBP） and blood uric acid,the lst,the observation period four weeks. Results The treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Treatment group SBP,DBP,UA reduced more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Losartan amlodipine on hypertension can significantly improve clinical outcomes,reduce blood uric acid level,worthy of promotion and application.
