复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童急性哮喘发作的疗效评价

Efficacy evaluation of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children

目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童哮喘发作的疗效。方法自2010年1月～2012年9月在我院儿科就诊的哮喘发作的患儿中随机选择94例，其中实验组49例，对照组45例，两组患者均给予吸氧，祛痰，解痉，抗感染等常规基础治疗，实验组在此基础上加用复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德混悬液，对照组仅加用布地奈德治疗，治疗1个疗程后（5d为1个疗程）观察治疗效果。结果治疗后两组症状均有所改善，且实验组疗效明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童哮喘，能明显改善患者临床症状，值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children. Methods 94 children with asthmatic attack in pediatrics department of our hospital from January 2010 to September 2012 were randomly selected. There were 49 children of the experimental group and 45 children of the control group. The children in two groups were given oxygen uptake,eliminating phlegm, spasmolysis and anti-infective conventional basic therapy. The experimental group were added compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension treatment on the basis of above methods; the control group were only given budesonide.The efficacy of two groups were observed after a course of treatment（5 days for a course of treatment）. Results After the treatment, the symptoms of two groups had both improved, and the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute asthmatic attack in children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and which is worthy of clinical promotion widely.
