社区老年高血压患者用药管理的护理干预方法

Care intervention methods of medication management of community elderly hypertensive patients

目的探讨社区老年高血压患者用药管理的护理干预方法。方法对社区卫生服务中心2010年2月-2013年2月管理的100例老年高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果干预前两组患者的用药管理水平、血压控制率之间的差异均不具有统计学意义（P〉0．05）；干预后，和对照组相比，观察组患者的用药管理水平、血压控制率均较高，二者差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论社区老年高血压患者用药管理的护理干预能够显著提高患者的用药管理水平和血压控制率，值得在临床广为推广。

Objective To investigate the care intervention methods of medication management of community elderly hypertensive patients. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients who had been treated in the Community Health Center from February, 2010 to February, 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The differences between of the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of the two groups patients before the intervention were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）; After the intervention, compared to the control group, the medication management level and the rate of blood pressure control of patients in the observation group were higher, the difference was significant statistical significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The care intervention methods of medication management of community elderly hypertensive patients can significantly improve the patient＇s medication management level and blood pressure control rate, it deserves to be widely promoted in the clinical.
