针对中医内科学临床人才培养目前存在着教学理念滞后,教学方法单一,教学中临床实践安排不足等现状,提出要采取教学内容的深化,以中医优势疾病为指导重点讲授;新型教学模式的应用,穿插中医经典教育,增加课程讲授过程当中的趣味性,提高学生学习的积极主动性;现代多媒体技术的引入,结合图表说明,使中医知识系统简明化,便于学习记忆;课堂教学与临床实践合理安排,在临床见习过程中把课堂学习的理论知识运用于临床,以便于更深刻的理解所学知识,为进一步学习指明方向,也为临床实践工作奠定基础。通过这一系列的改革策略以提高教学质量,培养新型中医药人才,推动中医药现代化进程。
