"十一五"以来,国家加快推进产业转移和行业兼并重组的战略导向为医药行业发展提供了良好的政策环境,但行业发展仍面临产业结构不合理、产品同质化严重、行业集中度低等问题。"十二五"期间,如何根据国家战略和医药工业"十二五"规划,积极稳妥的推进医药行业兼并重组是医药工业发展必须解决的问题。

National strategic orientation of accelerating industry transfermergers and reorganization has provided favourable policy environment for development of pharmaceutical industry since initiation of the eleven Five-Year Plan,yet it faced various challenges such as unreasonable industrial structure,serious homogeneity of products,lower level of industrial concentration and etc.How to take active and steady measures to facilitate the mergers and reorganization of pharmaceutical industries,in accordance with national strategy and the Twelve Five Year Stratetic Plan of Pharmaceutical Industry,is a must-to-address issue for pharmaceutical industry development.
