消毒供应室医护人员对职业危害认知及防护对策分析

目的分析消毒供应室医务人员面对的职业危害因素,制定防护措施。方法分析消毒供应室医护人员工作过程中可能遇到的职业危害因素,强化并落实规范化的防护策略,并分析加强防护前后1年内职业危害的发生情况。结果通过防护教育,加强物理性、化学性、生物性、身心健康危害的预防,减少工作伤害。加强防护后,供应室人员身体心理等损害的发生率较前明显减少,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据消毒供应室职业危害因素,提高医务人员职业防护意识,制定消毒供应室医务人员职业防护的措施,可更有效的降低职业危害,防止医院感染的发生,确保了医务人员身心健康。

Objective To explore the dangerous factors of doctors and nurses in disinfecting supply division and institute protective measure. Methods The dangerous factors of doctors and nurses in disinfecting supply division were analyzed,the prevention and protection of potential danger were strengthened,and investigated the occurrence of harm and the protective effect after a year of strengthening protection. Results After strengthened the protection,the physical,chemical,biological,psychological protective measure were strengthened, the rate of physical impairment and psychological damage was significantly less than before（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Disinfecting supply division is the center of hospital logistics,follow the certain potential dallger,we must improve the sterilization supply of doctors and nurses in disinfecting supply division,institute rules of occupational protection.All measures can reduce the occupational protection,to prevent hospital infection,guard medical workers＇ health.
