海南岛五指山区资源与经济社会可持续发展

A STUDY ON SOCIOECONOMIC SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE WUZHI MOUNTAINS RELYING ON RESOURCES

在分析五指山区资源现状的基础上 ,提出了依托资源优势实现经济社会可持续发展的具体措施 :推广生态农业技术、开展生态旅游和发展绿色食品。

Sustainable development,theme of the 2lst century,is defined as `development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet these of the future',and has been focused on considerable attention. However,in the discussions of sustainable development,more attentions are given to eco_environment instead of the dynamic role of economy in sustainable development.It is a fact that sustainable development is difficule to realize without the start and promotion of economy. The realization of regional sustainable development depends on coordinating ingeniously the three-dimension relationships of ecoenvironment,economic development and corresponding increase of material requirement,In this paper,Mountain Wuzhi region(including Qiongzhong Cournty,Baoting County and Tongza City)which has rich natural and humane resources,is taken as a study area. On the basis of analyzing its resources status quo and on-the-spot investigation,some countermeasures of realizing socioeconomic sustainable development of Mountain Wuzhi region are put forward,that is popularizing eco_agricultural technologies,developing ecotourism and developing green_food.These countermeasures can ensure coordinating the above three_dimension relationships, and help to realize socioeconomic sustainable development of Mountain wuzhi region.Finally,conceming developing strategies and anticipative positive impacts are suggested.
