中国测绘地理信息发展目标与任务的探讨

Goal and Task of Chinese Surveying Mapping and Geoinformation

测绘地理信息行业已发展数十年,为我国社会经济发展做出了巨大贡献。今后几个五年计划测绘地理信息的多平台和实时化数据获取、自动化和智能化数据处理、高效数据管理、共享和服务能力是测绘地理信息发展的基本需求。因此在将来,需要重点发展测绘地理信息数据的实时获取、自动化处理和网络的共享服务能力,建设测绘地理信息的成果质量检测体系和应用示范基地,争取在几个五年计划后中国测绘地理信息行业在测绘地理信息数据的获取、处理和服务能力上达到国际先进水平。

Surveying, mapping and geoinformation have devel- oped rapidly in China for decades, they have made the tremen- dous contribution to the social and economic development ofthe country. To the ineoming informaties era of surveying, map- ping and geoinformation, multi-data management platform, re- al-time data acquisition, automatic and intelligent data process- ing, efficient service and information sharing are the basic de- mand of the development of surveying, mapping and geoinfor- mation industry. Therefore, in the future, the development of surveying, mapping and geoinformation will foeus on real-time data acquisition, automatic processing and network service, construction in quality testing system and in application demon- stration base. All of these tasks aim to ensure, that surveying, mapping and geoinformation indust,~ in China shall reach the international advanced level in the ability of data aequisition, processing and service.
