摘要
目的:建立测定川西千里光中绿原酸的HPLC方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:迪马C18(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm);以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在0.042~0.2152μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.70%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于测定川西千里光中绿原酸的含量。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for chlorogenic acid in senecio solidagineus Hand. -Mazz. Methods:The col- umn was Diamonsil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm,5. Oum), acetonitrile -0. 5% phosphoric acid( 15:85 )as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the detecting wavelength was at 326nm. Results:The linear range was within 0. 042 - 0. 252μg ( (r = 0. 9999) for chlorogenic acid. The average was 98.3 %, RSD wasl. 70% ( n = 6). Conclusion : The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid in senecio solidagineus Hand. - Mazz.
