摘要
以三氯化铁和羧甲基壳聚糖为原料,合成了铁化羧甲基壳聚糖,产率为47.48%。原子吸收光谱法测定其中铁含量为23.50 mg/g。利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱两种表征手段,证实了铁化羧甲基壳聚糖的合成。铁化羧甲基壳聚糖有望开发成为一种具有多重功能的生物多糖型补铁剂。
Ferric trichloride and carboxymethyl-chitosan were used to synthesize carboxymethyl chitosan-Fe in this experiment by chemical method. The yield was 4-7.48%. The content of Fe was 23.50 mg/g meas- ured by atomic absorption spectrometry method. Carboxymethyl chitosan-Fe was characterized by ultravio- let visible (UV-Vis) and infrared (IR) techniques. The results proved the successful synthesis of carboxy- methyl chitosan-Fe and it may become a multi-function of organic polysaccharide type ferruginous agent.
