摘要
葡萄糖是生物质降解的主要产物,对其有效利用能促进生物质更深层次的应用。葡萄糖异构化成果糖后更易合成呋喃类化合物,用做能源及化学品。对葡萄糖异构化的反应机理和研究进展进行了综述,反应机理包括碱催化和酸催化葡萄糖异构化机理;研究进展包括均相催化剂和非均相催化剂催化葡萄糖异构化进展。分析指出了葡萄糖异构化成果糖这一生物质利用中间步骤存在的问题,对今后研究发展提出了一些建议。
Glucose is the main product of biomass degradation, the effective utilization of it can promote the deeper application of biomass. Fructose isomerized from glucose can synthesize furan compounds which can be used as energy and chemicals. It reviews the reaction mechanisms and research developments of the i- somerization of glucose into fructose. The reaction mechanisms include the isomerization of glucose catalyzed by base, acid and metal chloride. The research developments include homogeneous and heterogeneous catalyst used for isomerization of glucose. It proposed existing problems in the isomerization of glucose into fructose, considered as the intermediate step of biomass utilization, and some suggestions for the re- search progress in future.
