陕甘宁边区的基层女议员,是在新的社会权力结构模式下产生的新型社会群体。作为新的社会群体,无论是社会构成还是群体特征,陕甘宁边区的女议员都与以往的妇女议员大相径庭。同时作为沟通政府与社会的桥梁和纽带,她们在很大程度上也成为改变基层妇女"私人世界"和"公共世界"的推动力。同时,基层女议员通过参政议政的民主实践,在实现自身社会生活变化的同时,也在有力地促进乡村社会的变迁。

The grass-rooted women members of parliament in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia area are the new social group in the new social power structure mode. As a new women group created under the democratic system, they are different from previous women members of parliament in both social composition and characteristics. At the same time, as a bridge and link between the government and society, they have helped to change grass-rooted women＇s ＂private world＂ and the ＂public world＂ to a large extent.
