“杨氏”絮刺拔罐法治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Yang's Needle Tapping-cupping Bloodletting Method in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察"杨氏"絮刺拔罐法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将60例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用"杨氏"絮刺拔罐法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS疼痛指数和膝骨关节症状体征积分,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,对照组为90.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS及症状、体征评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后症状、体征评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "杨氏"絮刺拔罐法是一种治疗膝骨关节炎的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yang＇s needle tapping-cupping bloodletting method in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received Yang＇s pricking-cupping bloodletting therapy and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The VAS pain scores and the knee osteoarthritis symptom and sign scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 90.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS pain score and the symptom and sign score in the two groups （P〈0.05）. There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the symptom and sign score between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Yang＇s needle tapping-cupping bloodletting therapy is an effective way to treat knee osteoarthritis.
