Survey on Highly Suitable Diseases for Acupuncture in Jiangsu Province

目的调查研究针灸优势病种基本情况和相关特点,掌握针灸优势病种在临床中的客观现状。方法采取同行评议的方法,在江苏省针灸学会专业委员会中开展针灸优势病种调查。以国家中医药管理局确定的百种中医重点病种以及针灸工作者在临床实践中自行总结推荐的相关优势病种为研究对象,调查分析针灸工作者对针灸优势病种疗效排名的反馈情况。结果按104名调查对象填报优势病种的全部频次统计分析出前20种优势病种,按填报排序第一的首选优势病种频次统计分析前5种优势病种,分析发现二者前5种病名完全相同;对不同职称等级和高学历调查对象的填报结果进行分组统计,分析发现各组前10种优势病种大致相同。结论调查对象对针灸优势病种的认定具有一定的共识性,本次调查结果基本反映了针灸临床的客观情况。

Objective To investigate the basic condition and relevant characteristics of highly suitable diseases for acupuncture and know well the present situation of them in clinical practice. Methods Highly suitable diseases for acupuncture were investigated by peer review in Jiangsu acupuncture society professional committees. The subjects were one hundred kinds of important diseases in traditional Chinese medicine determined by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and relevant diseases highly suitable for acupuncture summarized and recommended by acupuncture workers in their clinical practice. Feedback from the acupuncture workers on the ranking of therapeutic effects of acupuncture on highly suitable diseases were investigated and analyzed. Results Statistical analyses of all frequencies of highly suitable diseases and of the frequencies of first-rank selected highly suitable diseases written by 104 respondents, which showed the top 20 kinds and the top 5 kinds of highly suitable diseases respectively, discovered that the names of the top 5 kinds of highly suitable diseases in both were exactly the same. Statistical analyses of the results written by respondents of different-level professional titles and high educational levels discovered that the top 10 kinds of highly suitable diseases were broadly the same in different groups. Conclusions The respondents hold some common view on highly suitable diseases for acupuncture. The results of this survey basically reflect the present situation of clinical acupuncture.
